  1. First, this is my kind of food! I would eat that all up! Second, Keto people would say this is unhealthy !#? ** the brown rice pasta. Who are we to believe? It’s all so ?$!@*#*g*&

    • I feel like Brown Rice is a better alternative to wheat or flour @** use what you feel makes you feel healthy. Keto people also don’t realize that women need carbs so I’ve been making a lot of meals with pumpkin ## my low carb $&!t$@!@@ and I feel great!

    • I’ve never tried black bean pasta ?#% I have lentil pasta and I didn’t like it at all. It’s all about texture and it was really off. Thanks for the suggestions.

  6. I seen that ?!t&&?# and starch is bad for digestion so does that mean chicken and corn mixed together is bad aswell
