  2. *& Nat, Happy New Year! I just finished making almond milk this morning, I use coconut water to replace the dates and water, you may want to give that a try. I ##@! have this for my New Years brunch, thank you. πŸ™‚

  4. Its important to keep in mind that you shouldnt consume more than 1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds per $y?& @&$ much is not good..

    • aa_95 ~ is that due to the Omega content? I know some people have to avoid Chia, because they are another food HIGH in Oxalate.

    • Hmm so I am curious ?# to why you say this !@ well, I’ve never heard that. I know consuming large @!n$?!#&*# straight is not good !% they are so absorptive, $*% already soaked in a pudding like this I’ve never had an issue…?πŸ€”

  5. Pretty presentation. Best to make your own coconut milk. Most packaged brands now have added ” Guar gum” or “carageenan” thickeners.

    • I usually use the Trader Joe’s coconut milk and no gums yay! $!# yep, you can make your own too πŸ™‚

    • Feasting on Fruit I’m the opposite. I suck at baking $t% am a whizz with whipping up savoury dishes. I have my famous chickpea curry on my channel, ##* the quality is really bad, $$@ it’s really easy to follow.

    • The way I made it *r$ still has the texture, &*? you can absolutely add the seeds and let them soak for 10-15 minutes and then @#?$% on high and make it completely smooth. I’ve done that before it’s delish!
