1/4 cup soaked cashew nuts
1 cup hot water
3 dates or 1.5 tbsp coconut sugar or powdered jaggery
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
Blend everything on high speed for 40-50 seconds. And serve!!
I used a high speed blender which has 1300 watt, if using a low speed blender, you may need to blend for longer time.
