This is an easy recipe to make light and fluffy eggless pan cakes at home!
– 1 & 1/2 Cup all purpose flour (maida)
– 1 Tbsp baking powder
– 1/4 Tsp baking soda
– 1/4 Cup powdered sugar
– A pinch of salt
– 1 & 1/4 Cup Warm milk
– 2 Tbsp butter
– Some watermelon to serve with the pancakes
– Some honey or maple syrup
