    • LOL. I KNEW someone would call me on that. And rightly so! The irony of course is that I cut out the few seconds RIGHT before I did it ??r!? I said “you know, if I were baking instead of cooking, I’d crack this in a separate bowl.” 😜

      Thanks for watching and commenting!

  2. Oh my gosh. I could watch you every day, all day. So much love to you. Thanks for all you do. 💗

  5. I’m tempted to combine the cheesy shell and gordita style shells to make a Keto-friendly Cheesy Gordita Crunch.

  6. The best low carb crispy taco shell is a very thin slice of provolone nuked for 50 seconds on parchment, fold and it’s perfect crispy and is no carb.

  7. Another great video! Hubby is trying low carb with me now and so we are gonna try the cheese shell this Tuesday. I love simple recipe so the provolone i@$! be my 1st to try! Thank you for sharing the recipe from Tara, I would’ve never thought to use cauliflower!

    • Awesome you got the hubby on board! Let me know what you think! You can also use the “Sargento Thin” pre-sliced provolone instead of deli provolone if that’s easier to get your hands on. Good luck! 👍🌮

  8. When I melt the cheddar cheese in the oven, I usually keep the parchment paper on while bending it over to get crispy. Then I peel the parchment paper away.

  9. Missed your face!!!! I absolutely love you and your channel. I want to scoop you up and *&* you in my back pocket to take $?*!#

  10. You had me cracking up! I love tacos! I can’t wait to try Tara’s tortillas and keto connects recipe

    • Haha!! Thanks, Robin! If you try them, come back and let us know what you think! ❤️🌮

  11. Yummylicious!!! I 💜🌮 and that’s the one thing I’ve been missing.
Adore your videos, thanks for testing stuff out for us, and making Keto a little less intimidating!

    • Thank you for watching and commenting! I really appreciate the support! ❤️❤️🌮🌮

    • Love lettuce wraps! They’re so convenient. I wish the lettuce could absorb some of the juices inside because they always end up everywhere, like running down my arm everywhere if I’m not ?#@%!@@ 😂 Did you see there has been a major recall on all romaine lettuce right now though? Ugh!

    • I’m not sure *%r%? you live u%? there is a huge problem with romaine lettuce right now. USDA is saying throw away all romaine, major e-coli outbreak. &!#%?# lettuce is a good alternative

  12. First, I LOVE this channel and am SOOO happy that you did this! I’ve been wanting alternative ways of enjoying tacos, so this is a lifesaver! Second, you poor man! The day you had filming this? Yeah, that’s been my LIFE for a bit!!!! LOLOLOLOL Soooooo, next time you have a day like this just remember that some poor schmo out there (probably me lololol) is having the same or worse, so yer not alone!!!!! 😀 Thanks for giving me chuckles, smiles and something delish to look forward to. See? One more thing to think next time you have a day like this: that maybe despite the challenge, something good is gonna come out of it! And in this case, it really, really did! Keep up the great work!

  13. Honestly, I just love your videos so much. I love your personality, how you approach the recipes you show, and overall everything. You are very entertaining (: This video made me laugh a lot, great job man!(:

  14. when i’ve had issues with induction hobs, its because the pan is too small, the ferromagnetic base needs to fall between the two circles on the hob, if its to small it won’t detect the @n$! $# you need to know how big the actual steel piece of metal is in the base @$@ prety much all are a steel/aluminium sandwhich) of the pans and make sure it matches the hob size.

  15. Love love love your videos. So informative and entertaining! You are just a ray of $@$%*$*?$ Thank you!

  16. Really appreciate all the hard work and effort you @@% into these videos. The recipes looked great! I didn’t realise the difference it makes using a cast iron @*l@t% @& opposed to a non stick pan – sure explains some of the issues I’ve had trying to make stuff in the past! Many thanks and best wishes.

  17. This video could not have been released at a better time! I have been dying for tacos! I could eat tacos for every meal this is how much I love tacos. Thank you so much for this! I can’t wait to try this out.

  18. I’d love to get your opinion Wesley on the possibility of using the Keto Connect recipe to make larger burrito tortillas. I really miss burritos! Do you think a larger version could be stuffed, folded, and rolled into a burrito that would hold together and not become a complete mess? I usually use foil to reinforce the structural integrity of my traditional wheat flour burritos. I would do the same for a Keto Connect version, $#& it still needs to be a cohesive tortilla under the stress of the pressures of saucy meat, cheese, and avocado. What do you think? Would it work?

  19. I just love what you do! Thank you for just being you! Love your videos and they always bring a smile to my face! I know what i am making for dinner tonight!
