  5. My *%%?# always added one tablespoon of bread crumbs to %@* frittata (although not on the top and bottom because she did them always the traditional way in the frying pan and then @#%p!@*& She never $t& a soft cheese in it, $t? used 1/2 parmigiano and half romano, quite a lot of both.
