This is recipe can be doubled.
If you use store bought grated cheese you can @%! this one together in about 15 minutes (give or take depending on your pressure cooker’s “pressure up” speed).
1/2 lb elbow macaroni
2 cups water
1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp yellow mustard
Combine the above ingredients in pressure cooker and then cook on high pressure for 4 minutes. Quick released the pressure.
Leave your cooker on “keep warm” and add in below ingredients and stir until melted. If it is too thick, add more milk/cream/evaporated milk.
2.5 oz milk (evaporated, regular or cream)
1/4 cup cream cheese cubed
1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup colby jack (or whatever cheese you want)
