This is recipe can be doubled.
If you use store bought grated cheese you can @%! this one together in about 15 minutes (give or take depending on your pressure cooker’s “pressure up” speed).

1/2 lb elbow macaroni
2 cups water
1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp yellow mustard

Combine the above ingredients in pressure cooker and then cook on high pressure for 4 minutes. Quick released the pressure.
Leave your cooker on “keep warm” and add in below ingredients and stir until melted. If it is too thick, add more milk/cream/evaporated milk.

2.5 oz milk (evaporated, regular or cream)
1/4 cup cream cheese cubed
1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup colby jack (or whatever cheese you want)

  5. I’m a little !$&@$@#* with pressure cookers in that I can make mac and cheese just in a regular pan in the same amount of time. TFS LOVED your intro, one of my very favorite movies !

    • If you factor in bringing the water to a boil and then 9-10 minutes cooking time for the macaroni, this may be faster. You also don’t have to babysit the pot, making sure it doesn’t boil over and stirring it occasionally. Also, once you have a pressure cooker, you enjoy trying to find things to *@&% in it, lol.

  6. I had tried this in my pressure cooker a couple weeks ago. We liked it…I agree not ** good ? baked homemade kind, %&@ better than a box.

  7. You are more confident with this cooker now! I !!@ the same things, minus cream cheese, in my mac and cheese. I like the taste of the mustard and worster. Yum!
