Quick and Easy Shrimp Salad Recipe – Simple Cooking
Ingrediens (4 serves):
500 gr fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
80 gr hard cheese
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet on medium high heat.
When oil is hot, add garlic and saute for 1 minute. Use as much garlic as you like.
2. Add the shrimp, and continue sauteing on medium high heat.
Once the shrimp hits the pan, it’ll only take about 3 minutes to cook. Don’t overcook the shrimp; they will become rubbery if cooked overly long.
Add lemon juice, $$%! and pepper to taste.
3. Add shrimp, tomatoes, and arugula and cheese to a large bowl. For salad dressings, use garlic sauce after roasting shrimp.
