Ingredients-

1-2 tbsp oil
2 bay leaves
3 cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick
¼ cup sliced onions
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin-coriander powder
2 tbsp bell peppers (chopped)
2 tbsp tomato (chopped)
2 tbsp baby corn (chopped)
1 1/2 cup vermicelli
Water- as needed
Salt-to taste
1 tbsp clarified butter
2 green chilies

Method-

1. Dry roast the vermicelli in a pan & keep aside
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Add bay leaves, cardamom, clove, cinnamon sticks, & sliced onions and mix well.
4. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well
5. Add red chili powder, cumin-coriander powder and mix well. Let the spices cook.
6. Add tomato, bell peppers, corn & salt. Mix well.
7. Add the toasted vermicelli and mix well with other ingredients in the pan.
8. Add water & put the led on. Let it cook.
9. Add clarified butter & green chilies.
10. Serve hot & enjoy!!!
